In this episode we take a look at some of the iconic bands that came from Southern California during the late 1970s to the early 1980s. We especially focus on the Orange County punk scene made up of mostly bands from Huntington Beach and Fullerton. Additionally, we will be playing many bands from Los Angeles as well. We also have a very special guest interview on this show. Barry Hoppie, bass player from Manson Youth, will be joining us to tell us some stories about his experience being in Manson Youth in the early 1980s. As always, all music is played on original vinyl records and on original music equipment from the era. We try to reproduce the sound and experience exactly as it was intended.
